Quality Carriers, Inc. (QCI) is a 24/7 operation. As such, the Extended Services group is here for drivers, customers, and field personnel as a support tool after normal business hours.

Calls placed to Extended Services are answered in the order they are received. Delays in speaking to Extended Services personnel can be expected during peak times, so please be patient.the Extended Service group is not a gossip line, and the conversation should be limited to your present situation. If your truck is equipped with EDGE or Qualcomm, please use this as your primary communication device.

Extended Services personnel can help with:

• Breakdowns (Please notify if order is temperature-sensitive and/or perishable.)
• Flat tires
• Tank Wash
• Directions
• Dispatch/work assignment issues
• Late pickup and deliveries
• Permit/registration issues
• General questions pertaining to your particular work assignment

When calling Extended Services, please have all pertinent information and materials in hand, such as:

• Something to write with and something to write on
• Exact location, mile marker, route number, direction heading, and nearest town or city
• Dispatch number for work assignment issues
• Tire size and position for flat repairs
• Tractor make, model, and color and/or trailer number for road service
• Engine model, which may also include filter and belt types

Extended Services should NOT be called for:

• Accidents and/or spills — instead, call 800-SKYTANK (759-8265)
• Billing/payroll issues — instead, contact your terminal
• Qualcomm issues — instead, contact your terminal
• T-cheks for anything other than emergency repairs
