The “Ask Tampa” program was designed to give the drivers a "life line" in their time of need. "Ask Tampa" is an e-mail link available via the drivers BlackBerry® EDGE device. The link can be used to communicate directly with a driver services representative in Tampa when a driver is in need of immediate assistance. If for some reason the team cannot provide a proper response they will then forward to the appropriate department for additional assistance.
Of Note: This service cannot be used to request t-cheks, report accidents, incidents, or late deliveries. The “Ask Tampa” service is available during normal business hours only.
The Driver Hotline was designed to aid our drivers with the issues that are beyond their domiciled terminals control, and provide them with a sufficient resolution within a 48 hour time frame.
The hotline can be reached at 888-764-8265. Representatives will be available 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. After hours, Extended Coverage can be contacted.

In accordance with National Driver Appreciation week, each year towards the end of August, the Driver Services Department will provide all terminals with gifts for each of their drivers. The gifts are a small token of our appreciation for all their hard work and dedication. In additon to the gifts, breakfast and/or lunch may also be provided by the terminals.
The QC Driver Council is comprised of 10 of our most successful drivers, from both the liquid and dry bulk divisions of the company. The council consists of Owner Operators, Company & Affiliate drivers representing every region of the U.S. and Canada. The council convenes quarterly in Tampa for 2 days of meetings with upper management to discuss new ideas, driver questions as well as the direction of the company. To date, the council has an impressive 85 % idea to implementation rate. New members are chosen yearly and can only be elected after a nomination from their Terminal Manager & RVP as well as an extensive background check being performed at the corporate level to ensure that only the finest drivers earn a seat on the council.
