Quality dedicates time to its most important assets, the drivers. This dedication strives for driver satisfaction through the Driver Hotline. The Driver Hotline was designed for drivers who have issues beyond their domiciled terminal’s control, but that the corporate office can address. This assures our drivers issues are resolved within an acceptable amount of time.

Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, to address any issues that the drivers may have. Any issues that may arise after hours can be directed to Extended Coverage at (888) 366-8868, Ext. 2, or a message can be left on the Hotline voicemail and a return call will be made within a 24-hour time frame.

Remember: Please do not call to check your settlement/pay for the upcoming week on Friday. Billing is not complete until Friday afternoon when payroll is still being processed, so it is impossible to give accurate pay information. Settlements can also be reviewed by utilizing "Macro 21" on the Qualcomm or the "Settlement Info" option on the BlackBerry® EDGE device.

Here at the Driver Hotline, the goal is to aid our drivers with prompt and courteous service and provide a sufficient resolution within a 48-hour time frame. We want our drivers to know that they are being heard and are appreciated for their services.
