Safety Reporting

In order to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality at QDI, we have incorporated the Virtual Fleet Risk Management (VFRM) system. This performance assessment system is critical because it allows us to measure driver performance and make improvements where and when necessary.

The VFRM system assesses driver performance based on:

• Out-of-service violations
• Accidents over the road
• Incidents resulting in damage
• Cargo contaminations
• Spills
• Injury
• Driver index percentile ranking
• Driver in the 76 to 100 percentile: TREAD 1 training or disqualification

The VFRM system is also helpful in assessing discipline and recognizing driver improved performance.
