Gary Enzor
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Gary Enzor is currently the Chairman of the Board of Quality Distribution and served as a Director from 2008 to 2013. He has served as QDI's Chief Executive Officer since June 2007 and as President of QDI since November 2005. Mr. Enzor joined QDI in December 2004 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining QDI, Mr. Enzor served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Swift Transportation Company, Inc. since August 2002. Prior to Swift, Mr. Enzor held executive positions with Honeywell, Dell Computer and AlliedSignal, Inc. (now Honeywell International, Inc.).
Joseph Troy
Chief Financial Officer
Joseph Troy joined QDI in August 2010 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 2000 – 2008, Mr. Troy held a variety of senior executive positions and roles at Walter Industries, Inc.(predecessor to Walter Energy, Inc.) over his tenure with the company, including Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Business Development/M&A, President & CEO of Walter's residential mortgage business. Prior to Walter Industries, Mr. Troy held various banking positions with NationsBank and its predecessor institutions. Mr. Troy previously served on the board of directors of Cellu Tissue Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CLU) and currently serves on the board of directors of Fisher Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSCI). Mr. Troy also serves on various charitable boards in Tampa, including Kids Charity of Tampa Bay, Inc. and A Kid's Place, Inc. which support children in the foster care system. Mr. Troy earned a BBA and MBA in Finance from Loyola University in Maryland.
John Wilson
Senior Vice President, General Counsel
John Wilson has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 2012. He was in private practice between March 2011 and July 2012. From September 2009 until March 2011, Mr. Wilson served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for Spectrum Brands, Inc. and later Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. He previously had served as SBI’s Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel since May 2007. From May 2005, when he joined Spectrum Brands, until May 2007 he held a variety of titles within Spectrum Brands legal department. Mr. Wilson was an attorney with the firm of Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP from August 1999 to May 2005. He received his J.D., with high honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law and also holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Randy Strutz
President, Quality Carriers
Randy Strutz joined QDI in April of 2010 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and was appointed President of Quality Carriers in 2012. Prior to joining QDI, Mr. Strutz held the position of Chief Executive Officer with Morgan Systems, Inc, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to Morgan Systems, Mr. Strutz worked at Pacer International from 2001 to 2007 where he held the positions of Chief Commercial Officer as well as the President of Rail Brokerage and Chief Operating Officer. From 1988 through 2001 Mr. Strutz held the positions of Financial Manager, Plant Controller, Logistic Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Plant Manager for Thomson, S.A.. Mr. Strutz also worked at Price Waterhouse from 1986 to 1988.
Christine Craig
CFO, Quality Carriers
Christine Craig has served as the CFO of Quality Carriers since June 2012. Ms. Craig joined QDI in March of 2004, as Assistant Controller. Prior to QDI, Ms. Craig served as the Treasury Manager and Assistant Controller for Discount Auto Parts. Ms. Craig serves on several volunteer and mentoring committees including Big Brothers, Big Sisters. Ms. Craig attended Stetson University where she obtained her BA in Accounting and she received her MBA from the University of South Florida. Ms. Craig is also a CPA.
Robin Cohan
Corporate Controller and Treasurer
Robin Cohan joined QDI in July 2005 and currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer. Prior to joining QDI, Ms. Cohan was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tropical Sportswear Int’l Corporation from 2000 to 2005, and was the Assistant Corporate Controller for Danka Business Systems PLC from 1992 – 1999. Ms. Cohan also spent five years as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Cohan holds an MBA and is also a CPA.
Lorrel Margelowsky
VP, Affiliate Financial Analysis
Lorrel Margelowsky joined QDI in June 2000 and was appointed Vice President of Affiliate Financial Analysis in 2014. Lorrel has previously served as QC Energy Resources CFO, QDI’s Vice President of Business Analysis, and Vice President of Internal Audit. Prior to joining QDI, she served as Regional Director with the National Exchange Carrier Association in Omaha, NE. Ms. Margelowsky also spent 10 years with GTE holding various accounting and auditing positions. Prior to GTE, Ms. Margelowsky served as a CPA with various public accounting firms.

Mark Sorine
Vice President, Safety & Security
Mark Sorine Vice President of Safety & Security, joined QDI in October of 2011. Mr. Sorine’s professional experience includes Director of Safety and Security with Greatwide Logistics Services from June 2006 through December 2011 and Senior Manager of Safety, Health & Security with Ryder System, Inc. from July 1993 through June 2006. Mr. Sorine obtained his undergraduate degree and Masters, Safety and Environmental Management at West Virginia University.
Melissa Ernst
Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Driver Services
Melissa Ernst joined QDI in May of 2001 and became the Vice President of Human Resources in 2005. In April 2013 Ms. Ernst assumed responsibility for QDI’s Driver Recruiting and Retention organization, in addition to her Human Resources role. In April 2014 Ms. Ernst was promoted to Sr. Vice President Human Resources and Driver Services. Prior to joining QDI, Ms. Ernst held various human resources roles with IPAXS Corporation, Southern Company Energy Marketing and Tech Data. Ms. Ernst obtained her B.S. from East Carolina University.
Scott Giroir
President, Boasso America
Scott Giroir joined Boasso America on October 1, 1985 when he started Boasso's first tranportation division. In March of 1988, Mr. Giroir was named General Manager of Boasso America Corporation, which at the time had four divisions, all located in New Orleans, LA. In 1992, Mr. Giroir was promoted to Executive Vice-President/COO and today Mr. Giroir is the President of Boasso America. Prior to joining Boasso America, Mr. Giroir spent a short time designing off-shore platforms and drilling rigs for Petro Marine Engineering.
Robert Showalter
CFO, Boasso America
Robert Showalter has served as Chief Financial Officer Boasso America Corp since 1990. Mr. Showalter previously served as Controller for Continental Container Services, Inc. from Dec 1980 through March of 1990. Additionally Mr. Sholwalter has held roles with the Internal Revenue Service and Amax Nickel Refinery. Mr. Showalter obtained his B.S. Accounting and Management degree from the University of New Orleans.
Shawn Harris
Vice President, Technical Services
Shawn Harris joined QDI in December of 2000, and has served as Vice President of Technical Services since April 2013; Prior to that Mr. Harris held various senior level roles within QDI including, Vice President of Operations, Director of Network Optimization, and Director of Customer Administration. Mr. Harris attended the University of Central Florida obtaining his BS in MIS, and Human Resource Management.
