How It Works

Affiliate Partners operate under the auspices of Quality Carriers (QC) and receive a fixed percentage of linehaul revenues. Each Affiliate retains a separate, independent corporate identity and, more importantly, a distinct entrepreneurial motivation commonly found in independently owned and operated small businesses.

Affiliate Partners enter into contracts with QC in which the Affiliates agree to: (i) work exclusively under QC’s operating authorities; (ii) suspend their own operating authorities, if any; (iii) terminate their own licenses, permits, and plates and transfer their equipment to new leases, permits, and plates in QC's name; (iv) transfer all billing and collection activity to the QC process; (v) operate all Affiliate-owned tractors or trailers as QC; and (vi) rent all other trailers from QC.

Quality Carriers believes that this Affiliate Partners Program is unique to the tank truck industry. As the program continues to mature, it becomes more effective. Clearly, QC was built on entrepreneurial empowerment and intends to grow with that same strategy. With locally empowered partners, QC feels its growth is unlimited and that future expansion plans revolve around the entrepreneurial spirit that has made Quality Carriers very successful.

Affiliates obtain various benefits from their relationship with QC, such as greater equipment utilization through participation in our shipment reload program, access to and enhancement of customer relationships, driver recruitment, safety training, expanded marketing resources, and access to sophisticated management information systems. Affiliates also benefit from QC’s purchasing leverage for insurance coverage, tractors, trailers, fuel, tires, and other significant operating expenses.
